  BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  Ingredients
  1 (12oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels/chips
14 oz white bark
6 oz starlight mints or candy canes (about 30 unwrapped. crushed into pieces)
   
  Instructions
  In the microwave melt semi-sweet chips on high for one minute. Stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds, if necessary. Spread melted Chocolate on a 10x15 jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper or a wonder mat. Refridgerate for 10 minutes or until set.

Melt White bark in microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds if necessary. Gently spread mixture over chocolate. Sprinkle crushed mints over white bark. Allow to set before breaking into pieces.
