Ingredients |

1/2 lemon yogurt (this is hard to find-I use 1/2 c of plain vanilla and squeeze
lemon juice into it.)
1 TBSP reduced calorie Mayo
1/2 tsp finely chopped dried Tarragon leaves
2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast
4 lettuce leaves |

Instructions |

Combine the yogurt, mayo and tarragon leaves in a bowl and whisk to blend. Fold in the turkey.
Chill covered for at least 1 hr.
Trim the tops off the pitas to form pockets. Line the inside of each pita pocket with a lettuce leaf and fill carefully with turkey mixture. |
